The Frome Street Bikeway runs from Greenhill Road to Fitzroy Terrace (Adelaide, South Australia) and is a key north-south bike route through the city, forming part of the City of Adelaide Bikeways network, and providing a safe and easy route by bike into the CBD for work, shopping or recreation.
A stacked block of playful type against an off-green canvas was a friendly and attention-grabbing means to introduce all manner of road users to the new infrastructure. The green evokes both the outdoors and high-visibility, while the stacked type exists as a single lane. The surface message is ironic and comical, and a lot less hateful than it may sound coming from the mouth of a frustrated motorist.
